Our Story

In 2015, Terrain D.O.G.® was founded on a simple mission:
Empower adventurers and their sidekicks to take on any terrain.

Our roots go back to the ‘90s as manufacturers of quality leather dog collars and leashes. Designed to match leather tack, we found our niche with equestrians and farm owners. As the years went by, we began to dream of gear that took us beyond the fields and into the wild, products truly designed for the outdoors that would hold up to wear and tear and inclement weather. People were traveling and exploring with their dogs more than ever before — including members of our own team — and our gear began to evolve with the lifestyle.

This metamorphosis required staying true to our core values that are still embodied in each and every product that we design and manufacture. We wanted the Terrain D.O.G.® brand to represent a life of adventure, authenticity and passion and to climb our way to the top as an industry leader of quality dog gear that could take on any terrain with complete competence. We want you to not only be confident in our product line but also in your journey, your trail and your terrain.
